Selbstgemachte Leberwurst VEGAN

Hinweis: Wer zu den gezeigten Zutaten noch ein oder zwei Teelöffel Hefeextrakt von Alnatura dazugibt, der sprengt jedes Vorstellungsvermögen von selbstgemachten Fleisch- bzw. Wurstersatzprodukten. Auch wenn man dem Hefeextrakt (bio) nachsagt, dass das nicht so gesund sein soll. Von einer Leberwurstschnitte wird man trotzdem nicht sterben

Und wie gesagt. Das ist nur für “Frischlinge” interessant. Ansonsten schmeckt die vegane Leberwurst eh schon einzigartig klasse.
